WandaVision: Episode 3 is the first episode in color and has a 1970s theme after the Brady Bunch. It is a story of family building in the first two episodes of WandaVison. The story is naturally progressing at an accelerated rate. First they are married and living together, then the second episode ends with Wanda becoming pregnant.

The third episode shows Wanda being pregnant and having twin sons named Tommy and Billy. Vision is surprised at how Wanda goes through 9 months of pregnancy, nine months early. Tommy and Billy may eventually have powers similar to their parents. Geraldine, described as a person without a home, delivers Tommy and talks with Wanda after the delivery. Wanda mentions her twin brother, Pietro, and Geraldine mentions her brother died in 2012 saving the world. Wanda has blocked the memories of the people in her town as no one else knew the truth. Geraldine is removed from Westview and lands in a field where a militarized force surrounds her.  When Vision gets suspicious about the reality of their situation, the clock is reversed a few seconds or few minutes to erase the incident.

What happens when our reality does not go the way we want?

When a woman is pregnant, do you think she wants to speed up the process and be with her newborn sooner? I’m sure that sounds ideal to some women. What about when find the person we want to marry? If we marry them quickly, does that make our life whole? After we check another item off our “life to-do” list, do we just find something else to add?

The issues in our lives aren’t solved by checking off the big items, like by getting married for finding someone to be with. The world does not run the way we want it to because our voice is not the only one that has a say. Different people have a choice in the matter. In life, we go through many events that will change us for better or worse. It is how we react to those changes that matters.
